Awesome tech, explained all my options according to my situation. The appointment was about 2 weeks out from my call. The day of I decided to call them and I had been passed over for another appt. No one had called me, but the office was so nice and apologetic. They were very sorry I didn't get ta call . Tech came the next day from Bullhead City. I live in Lake Havasu, an hour away.

Install customer supplied operator genie 3053 belt drive
Replace bottom seal and tune up. Recommend replacing springs and rollers.
Found bad sensor eye. Replace sensor eyes.
Customer has to figure out the budget. This is for a rental. Customer will get back to us in a week.
Door shaking not going up and down smooth. Tune up door. Set up/down travel limits
13 ft door needs cables. I don’t have cables this long on my truck. Order cables
